Hello Neighbors, My friend and neighbor called me recently to tell me about a frightening event that we should definitely heed. I have tried to embed a video to describe what transpired. The "takeaway" always be aware of what's happening around you. You wouldn't think that necessary in your driveway or your living room but not always true.
