Hello Neighbors,

I thought you might be interested to hear an update of the Westhaven Estates market for the last 180 days.

Active Single Family homes for sale:  28

Under Contract:  2,   Days on Market:   100

Sold:  5    Avg.  Days on Market:   277

Active Townhomes:   21

Under Contract:   0

Sold:    14      Avg. Days on Market:  167

This hasn’t been the best 6 months sales report but November and December should have a little activity.  Normal market activity for the first quarter of the year is usually slow, picking up with spring weather.  Let’s hope we continue to have a positive stock market during the coming election year but the energy market may be dubious.
